EatFresh.org is an online recipe and nutrition resource for CalFresh (SNAP, or food stamps) eligible individuals and families, though the website is a great resource for anyone who wants to improve their health.
The EatFresh.org Mini Course is a free nutrition course delivered entirely online. It includes 15 nutrition and healthy living topics that use EatFresh.org as the main resource for easy, inexpensive recipes. Each topic takes between 5-10 minutes to complete. Participants receive a certificate of completion after finishing the 11 required topics (the others are optional). The course is available in English and Spanish, and is mobile-friendly.
EatFresh.org is a project of the California Department of Social Services SNAP-Ed program. Leah's Pantry manages the content for this site and supports partner integration with EatFresh.org throughout California.
